What we do
Reading the request that comes in, producing the price, sending the quote, opening the order, planning the job onto a vehicle and driver, running it in the field, collecting the documents and turning the result into a report — no link in that chain sits outside the system. The process starts in the office and does not break on the road; no Excel files, WhatsApp messages or facts held in someone's head in between.

How we think
A few fixed principles sit behind our product decisions.

It says what it doesn't know
If the system cannot find the pickup address in a request, it says so plainly and leaves the field empty. A price built on an invented address costs more than not quoting at all.

The decision stays with a person
Optima proposes a plan; the planner decides. No order is assigned to a vehicle without approval, and an applied plan can be rolled back. The goal is not to remove the planner but to put the overlooked alternative in front of them.

It doesn't break what you already run
You start with your existing Excel files. Your tracking systems — Arvento, Mobiliz, Seyir — connect to it. We don't ask you to replace your hardware.

Unused screens stay out of the way
Rights are granted per module and visibility is limited to the vehicles a person is responsible for. The same screen is a different screen for a different person.

Seferi is not a standalone product — it is the logistics arm of an ecosystem.
