01How it works

The module from start to finish

Seferi takes over the work of the operator who enters orders on terminal sites container by container. On a container job, EDO, booking, bill of lading, seal and VGM numbers are written into the job from email, Excel or documents; Seferi recognises the terminal from the address and prepares the orders — full pickup and empty return for imports, empty pickup and full delivery for exports. Once you approve, the order goes to the terminal.

Product screen

The work order comes ready

When the container number, plate, driver and date are complete, a draft is prepared and the row shows "Work order ready, approve it". Nothing reaches the terminal until you press "Approve and send".

How the work flows

If the terminal asks for something, a task opens

If an SMS code or security code is needed, a task appears in the Port tab and you enter the code.

Panels on the screen

Terminals

33 container terminals in Marmara, the Aegean, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea are listed, and connections are opening terminal by terminal. If yours isn't listed, send a recording with the browser extension to speed it up.

Port

Nobody logs into the terminal site container by container; when the truck passes the gate, the job moves on by itself.

03Problem → Solution

What does this module take over?

On the left how it runs today, on the right how it runs in Seferi.

Today

Orders are opened on the terminal site separately for every container.

In Seferi

The order comes ready with the job's details; you check and approve it.

Today

EDO and booking numbers stay buried in emails and PDFs.

In Seferi

Numbers are written into the job from the email and its attachments; nothing you typed is overwritten, and a mismatch is put to you.

Today

Whether the container has left the terminal is asked by phone.

In Seferi

Gate-out moves the job's status on by itself.

04What it does

Used in the daily work

Every item maps to a screen inside the product — none of it is a roadmap.

  • Writing EDO, booking, bill of lading, seal, VGM and declaration numbers into the job from email, Excel or documents
  • Checking the container number's check digit
  • Recognising the terminal from the pickup or delivery address
  • Preparing full pickup and empty return on imports, empty pickup and full delivery on exports
  • Working out the order's time window from the job time and drive time
  • Writing gate-in and gate-out times to the job and showing container status in Orders
05Roles

Who uses it

The same module does not open the same screen for everyone on the team.

Operations

Checks and approves the ready order; enters any code the terminal asks for.

Documents clerk

Checks numbers that came from email and links unclear ones to the right job.

Management

Sees in Orders which container was picked up and which was returned.

06What changes

Once this module is switched on

In the demo you see these on your own data.

  • Nobody enters the terminal site container by container.

  • Document numbers don't get lost in emails.

  • Nobody phones to ask whether the container was picked up.

07FAQ

What gets asked most before a demo

Which terminals does it work with?

33 container terminals in Marmara, the Aegean, the Mediterranean and the Black Sea are listed, and connections are opening terminal by terminal. We check your terminal together during setup.

Does an order go without approval?

No. Seferi prepares the draft; nothing reaches the terminal until you press "Approve and send".

What if the terminal asks for an SMS code?

A task opens in the Port tab and you enter the code. If a security code appears, you open the order on the terminal site and type its number into Seferi.

Is the driver's ID number stored?

The ID number you type when approving is sent only to the terminal and is not stored in Seferi.

Who can use it?

Companies that haul containers. Choosing "I haul containers" during setup turns Port on.

Next step

See Port running on your own operation

The demo is not a slide deck; it is a session that runs on your own data.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

We listen to your operation: how many vehicles, which lanes, which step is still done by hand today.

  2. 02

A run on your own data

We read a real request from your own inbox and turn it into a quote; you see your own lanes on screen.

  3. 03

    A rollout plan

Which module goes live on day one, what gets migrated, and the package price for your fleet size — in writing.
