See it on your own operation
We don't run the demo as a slide deck. We read a real request from your own inbox and turn it into a quote, then show how that job flows to the field and into the report.
After you send the form
- 01
A reply the same business day

The questions we're asked most about Seferi
Pulling the route, dimensions, quantity and weight out of an incoming email is measured in milliseconds; together with route and address resolution, the quote screen typically appears in under a second. Because the work runs in its own service alongside the app, nothing freezes while it happens — a rush-hour pile-up of mail doesn't slow the order screen down.
No. The same email always produces the same result; the reading does not guess afresh each time. In practice that means you can interrogate why a price came out the way it did. And missing information is never invented — if the system can't find the pickup address, it says so plainly and leaves the field empty.
No. It applies your cost lines and your rules; you set the margin, and you can always adjust the amount by hand before sending the quote. Choose "show calculation formulas" and you can read how each line was worked out — tyres, driver, depreciation, tolls.
No. The order and transfer screens mirror the Excel experience exactly: the same keyboard shortcuts, paste straight from Excel, undo, export back out. Your existing order files are imported in bulk. The gain isn't in changing the sheet — it's in connecting cost, quoting, mail, tracking and reporting underneath it.
Yes. Set the company type to forwarder and fleet-bound screens never open. That isn't a permission restriction — that capability simply doesn't exist in your business model. For work your own fleet can't cover, the subcontractor side takes over: Seferi suggests who to ask based on the job's pickup and delivery provinces, sends the rate requests in bulk, and tracks the replies on the job itself.
No. Arvento, Mobiliz, Seyir and similar providers connect to Seferi; vehicle location and odometer flow in automatically, matched by plate, so you never have to watch a second screen. If your provider isn't on the list, we add the integration — we don't ask you to change your tracking hardware.
Your data is held on servers we provide. Critical changes are kept in the audit log: who made the change, when, and what it was before. In sensitive areas like pricing, permissions and cost, "who changed this?" always has an answer.
You do not have to replace your existing bookkeeping software. Issued invoices and e-waybill records are exported into the program you already use; your accountant does at month end exactly what they do today. We agree the export format during setup — tell us which program you run when you book the demo and we will answer that specifically.
