The same modules on every plan
The module set isn't gated by fleet size — a 5-vehicle fleet and a 500-vehicle fleet both get every module.
How is fleet capacity counted?
You're billed for the active fleet capacity you purchase. Archived vehicle records or swapping one vehicle for another doesn't create a second license.
A capacity increase is never billed without your confirmation.

We never ask for a card. Every module is open for the first 14 days; if you want to carry on, you move to the payment step at the end of it. Terms are shown separately before payment.
Frequently asked questions
- Should I pay monthly or yearly?
- Monthly is the default — it keeps what you commit to upfront low. Paying yearly is effectively 2 months free: you're billed for 10 months instead of 12.
- How does the price change as my fleet grows?
- Your band is set by the fleet size you enter when you sign up. The price is FLAT within a band: an 11-vehicle fleet and a 30-vehicle fleet pay the same, so the cost per vehicle drops sharply towards the top of a band. The amounts are in the table above; fleets of 51 vehicles and above get a bespoke quote.
- Is the module set restricted by plan?
- No. Every standard module is identical at every fleet size; there's no separate 'advanced plan' gating features. The only variable is vehicle count.
- Do I pay extra if I swap a vehicle?
- No. Billing follows the active fleet capacity you purchase; replacing one vehicle with another doesn't create a second license.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. The only amount you pay is your band's monthly or yearly price (plus VAT). You bulk-upload your orders from Excel, and if you connect your tracking system your vehicles come in on their own.
- How many users can I add?
- There is no limit. The price follows vehicle count and there is no per-user fee. You add your colleagues yourself, and permissions decide which screens each one sees and what they can change.
- How do I cancel?
- Yourself, from the subscription section in Settings. When you cancel you keep using Seferi until the end of the period you paid for; after that the subscription does not renew.
- Is my data deleted when the trial ends?
- No. After 14 days the account pauses but your records stay where they are; the moment you add a payment method you carry on where you left off.
- I don't own vehicles, I just organise shipments — does this pricing fit me?
- The vehicle counter may not be the right fit. We put together a separate quote based on your monthly shipment volume — reach out through contact.
