On Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, in the Frankfurt (Germany) data centre. Data is backed up every day and the connection is encrypted with HTTPS.

How do we move our existing data?

You bulk-upload your customer, vehicle, driver and order lists into Seferi as Excel files. Wherever you get stuck, our team finishes the upload together with you.

Do we have to replace our vehicle tracking system?

No. Arvento, Mobiliz, Seyir and similar providers connect to Seferi. If the system you use isn't listed, we add the integration; we don't ask you to replace your tracking devices.

What happens to our accounting software?

You don't need to change it. Invoice records are transferred to the software you use, such as Logo, Siber, SAP or Oracle; we agree the transfer format together during setup.

What happens to our data if we leave Seferi?

When the contract ends, your data is handed over to you as Excel files. Your data is yours; it is never locked in to stop you moving to another system.
