01How it works

The module from start to finish

Seferi watches every truck's and driver's document expiry the way a documents clerk would. Enter each expiry date and file once; a document with 30 days left turns "due soon" and an expired one turns "expired"; the strip on the dashboard and the filter in the vehicle list show which vehicle has what expiring.

Product screen

A strip on the dashboard

Expiring and expired documents show on the dashboard. You can hide the strip for the day; it comes back the next day.

How the work flows

Everything on the vehicle's page

The vehicle's detail shows its driver, its documents and the jobs it ran in the period you pick, with freight, cost and profit.

  1. 1

Document and expiry date are entered

  2. 2

    The file is uploaded

  3. 3

At 30 days left it turns "due soon"

  4. 4

It shows on the dashboard strip

Panels on the screen

Your own documents

Add your own document type and choose which vehicles need it: all vehicles, all but trailers, trailers only, container or liquid haulers.

Documents

Nobody leafs through a notebook to find the truck whose inspection, insurance or driver's licence has run out; the list is ready on the dashboard.

02Problem → Solution

What does this module take over?

On the left how it runs today, on the right how it runs in Seferi.

Today

Inspection and insurance expiry dates are kept in a notebook or Excel, and one gets missed.

In Seferi

The expiry date is entered once; documents coming due show on the dashboard.

Today

The document itself sits in a folder or on someone's phone.

In Seferi

The file stays with the document and opens from the vehicle's page.

03What it does

Used in the daily work

Every item maps to a screen inside the product — none of it is a roadmap.

  • Expiry date and file for vehicle and driver documents
  • "Due soon" at 30 days left, "expired" after the date
  • A strip of expiring and expired documents on the dashboard
  • Filtering the vehicle list by document status
  • Filtering vehicles with a missing required document in the list
  • Your own document types: for all vehicles, trailers only, container or liquid haulers
  • Up to 5 files per document: PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC
04Roles

Who uses it

The same module does not open the same screen for everyone on the team.

Fleet manager

Enters documents and expiry dates and uploads the files.

Operations

Sees the vehicle with an expiring document on the dashboard strip.

Management

Sees documents, jobs and profit together on the vehicle's page.

05What changes

Once this module is switched on

In the demo you see these on your own data.

  • Expired documents aren't hunted down in a notebook.

  • The document's file stays with the vehicle.

  • Which vehicle has what expiring shows in one list.

06FAQ

What gets asked most before a demo

Which documents can I track?

For vehicles: registration, traffic insurance, comprehensive insurance, inspection, exhaust emission test, tachograph inspection and the K certificate; for drivers: licence, SRC, psychotechnical certificate and tachograph driver card come ready. You can add your own types too.

Who uploads the documents?

A user allowed to edit vehicles uploads them in the panel; up to 5 files per document, each up to 10 MB.

When do I see a document coming due?

At 30 days before expiry it turns "due soon" and shows on the dashboard strip; after the date it turns "expired".

Next step

See Documents running on your own operation

The demo is not a slide deck; it is a session that runs on your own data.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

We listen to your operation: how many vehicles, which lanes, which step is still done by hand today.

  2. 02

A run on your own data

We read a real request from your own inbox and turn it into a quote; you see your own lanes on screen.

  3. 03

    A rollout plan

Which module goes live on day one, what gets migrated, and the package price for your fleet size — in writing.
