The module from start to finish
Connections do the work of whoever retypes the same job into accounting, the tracking system and e-Devlet. The Integrations page in Settings holds e-invoicing, vehicle tracking, U-ETDS, email and WhatsApp connections in one place; each card shows whether it is connected.
Product screen
Status on the card
A connected card shows which account it is linked to; an unconnected one shows how to connect.

How the work flows
Position from one source
Vehicle positions come from your connected tracking system; Seferi doesn't measure location itself.

Information flows from the job to the connected software

Software not on the list
If yours isn't listed, request it during setup; you'll be told when it's ready.
IntegrationsThe same details aren't entered separately into accounting, the tracking system and e-Devlet; once connected, information leaves from the job or arrives in it.
What does this module take over?
On the left how it runs today, on the right how it runs in Seferi.
The same job is entered separately into accounting, the tracking system and e-Devlet.
Once connected, information leaves from the job; nothing is retyped.
Nobody knows which software is connected to Seferi.
Every card states it: Connected, Not connected or Coming soon.
Used in the daily work
Every item maps to a screen inside the product — none of it is a roadmap.
- E-invoicing: issuing and finalizing invoices with Paraşüt; Uyumsoft and Logo connections in progress
- Vehicle tracking: vehicle list and positions from Arvento, Seyir Mobil and Mobiliz
- U-ETDS: the load notice from inside the job
- Email: requests arriving through Gmail, Outlook or IMAP land in Mail, and replies go from your own address
- WhatsApp: your company number connects by QR; delay alerts and driver messages go from it
- Port: container companies connect their terminal accounts on this page
Who uses it
The same module does not open the same screen for everyone on the team.
Admin
Connects the software and sees which cards are connected.
Accounting
Issues invoices from Seferi through the e-invoicing connection.
Operations
Gets vehicle positions from the tracking connection and requests from the email connection.
Once this module is switched on
In the demo you see these on your own data.
Connects to
The same details aren't typed into two programs.
Which connection works shows on one page.
An admin sets up most connections without help.
What gets asked most before a demo
We use Logo, Uyumsoft, SAP or Oracle — will it connect?
Uyumsoft and Logo connections are in progress. For SAP, Oracle or any other software not on the list, create a request during setup and you'll be told when it's ready.
Our tracking system isn't listed.
Arvento, Seyir Mobil and Mobiliz connect today. For any other system, an integration request is opened.
How is WhatsApp connected?
Your company's WhatsApp number is connected in Settings by scanning a QR code. Delay alerts and delay messages to drivers go from that number.
How does the U-ETDS notice go?
With the U-ETDS connection set up, the load notice goes from inside the job; the details come from the job and aren't retyped.
See Integrations running on your own operation
The demo is not a slide deck; it is a session that runs on your own data.
- 01
A 30-minute call
We listen to your operation: how many vehicles, which lanes, which step is still done by hand today.
- 02
A run on your own data
We read a real request from your own inbox and turn it into a quote; you see your own lanes on screen.
- 03
A rollout plan
Which module goes live on day one, what gets migrated, and the package price for your fleet size — in writing.
