01How it works

The module from start to finish

Seferi takes over the work of turning the month's job list into invoices. Select delivered jobs in Orders and open the invoice window; the jobs you select merge into one invoice, the buyer comes from the customer account in your connected e-invoicing software, withholding (tevkifat) is applied where required, and the invoice is made official from Seferi as an e-Fatura or e-Arşiv.

Product screen

Four steps, one strip

The strip in the invoice window shows four steps: Prepare, Preview, Send draft, Finalize. The draft goes to your connected software; you see its final form and approve before it is made official.

How the work flows

Many jobs, one invoice

Select a customer's jobs and merge them into one invoice; each job's plate and route are written into the invoice note as one line.

  1. 1

Jobs are selected and the invoice window opens

  2. 2

The draft is previewed and sent to the software

  3. 3

The invoice is made official as e-Fatura or e-Arşiv

  4. 4

Number and status are written to the job's row

Panels on the screen

Status on the job's row

The issued invoice's number is written to the job's row. In the Orders Table each job shows as Invoiced, Draft, Being finalized or Not invoiced.

Invoicing

Nobody retypes the job list into the accounting software at month end; which jobs are invoiced and which are waiting shows in the Orders Table.

02Problem → Solution

What does this module take over?

On the left how it runs today, on the right how it runs in Seferi.

Today

The job list is retyped into the accounting software to issue the invoice.

In Seferi

The invoice opens with the selected jobs' details; amounts and buyer aren't retyped.

Today

Which jobs were invoiced and which were forgotten is hunted down at month end.

In Seferi

Every job's invoice status and number shows in the Orders Table.

Today

Withholding is calculated by hand on every invoice.

In Seferi

Withholding is applied above your limit and the amount payable follows from it.

03What it does

Used in the daily work

Every item maps to a screen inside the product — none of it is a roadmap.

  • Selecting one or more jobs in Orders and invoicing them with a right-click
  • Merging the selected jobs into one invoice; plate and route are written into the invoice note for you
  • Taking the buyer from the customer account in the connected e-invoicing software
  • 2/10 withholding on invoices above the limit; the window suggests it
  • Making the invoice official from Seferi as an e-Fatura or e-Arşiv
  • Showing the invoice number and status on the job's row
04Roles

Who uses it

The same module does not open the same screen for everyone on the team.

Operations

Selects delivered jobs, prepares the invoice and sends the draft.

Accounting

Checks the draft and makes the invoice official; keeps customer accounts and collections in its own software.

Management

Sees uninvoiced jobs in the Orders Table.

05What changes

Once this module is switched on

In the demo you see these on your own data.

Connects to

Paraşüt
  • The job list isn't retyped for invoicing.

  • Uninvoiced jobs show without waiting for month end.

  • Withholding isn't calculated by hand.

06FAQ

What gets asked most before a demo

Which e-invoicing software does it work with?

Paraşüt is connected today; Uyumsoft and Logo connections are in progress. If yours isn't listed, you can request it during setup.

Is the invoice issued automatically?

No, you issue it: select the jobs, see the draft and approve making it official. Because that last step can't be undone, it asks for confirmation.

How is withholding applied?

You enter the withholding limit in Settings; on invoices above it the window turns 2/10 withholding on, and the amount payable follows from it.

Is every invoice made official from Seferi?

Most are. For cases such as foreign-currency invoices, 0% VAT or a separate series, Seferi tells you so and you finalize it in the connected software.

Are customer accounts and collections in Seferi too?

No. Customer accounts and collections stay in your accounting software; Seferi issues the invoice and writes its number to the job.

Next step

See Invoicing running on your own operation

The demo is not a slide deck; it is a session that runs on your own data.

  1. 01

    A 30-minute call

We listen to your operation: how many vehicles, which lanes, which step is still done by hand today.

  2. 02

A run on your own data

We read a real request from your own inbox and turn it into a quote; you see your own lanes on screen.

  3. 03

    A rollout plan

Which module goes live on day one, what gets migrated, and the package price for your fleet size — in writing.
