How it works

Seven steps from email to discharge

  1. 01

    The request arrives inside Seferi

Read your email without opening Outlook or Gmail; AI separates the product, tonnage, filling and discharge locations.

    • Three-column inbox
    • Load details parsed
  2. 02

Dangerous goods are caught in the email

If the email mentions ADR, a UN number or dangerous goods, the job is marked with a red ADR tag.

    • ADR · UN number
    • SRC5 reminder
  3. 03

The ADR difference is priced in for you

Cost and sale price come from full-truckload tonnage; ADR-marked freight uses the multiplier you have set.

    • ADR ×1.4
    • Quote message ready
  4. 04

Tankers without capacity are not suggested

ADR and SRC 5 flags stay on the order row; when you assign a plate, trucks are ranked by free capacity, distance and confidence.

    • kg free · km away
    • ADR · SRC 5 flag
  5. 05

Filling and discharge points in the app

The driver reports the Filling Point and Discharge Point steps in the app and adds documents at loading and unloading.

    • Seferi mobile app
    • Documents on the job

One table instead of five Excel files

Type into cells, filter, sort, select in bulk; liquid loads show in tonnes and dimension columns take up no space.

In-depth guide: Seferi for tanker transport

Why does tanker work need so much detail?

In tanker haulage a single request carries a large amount of money, and every detail matters: the product, the tonnage, the ADR class, the UN number, the filling location and time, and the discharge point. This information is often scattered across different lines of a single email. The planner moves it first into an Excel sheet, then into a pricing sheet, then into the truck list; every copy is another chance for a number to slip.

A truck assigned on the wrong information costs dearly. Missing an ADR load, picking a tanker without enough capacity or not knowing when the driver is at the filling point turns into a whole day spent on the phone. And at month end the paperwork has to be hunted for in folders.

The request inside Seferi, the load parsed by AI

In Seferi you read your email without opening Outlook or Gmail, in the familiar three-column layout. Seferi's AI reads every incoming transport request on its own: it separates the product, the tonnage, and the filling and discharge locations. Any missing information stays flagged on screen, and you can create a ready reply draft to ask the customer for it.

The parsed request reaches the costing screen in one click. You do not retype anything; when the customer answers, the request is completed in the same place and the quote comes out of the same screen.

ADR loads: a flag and a reminder

If the email mentions ADR, IMO-class goods, a UN number (for example UN 1202) or "dangerous goods", Seferi marks the job as ADR. The flag shows on the email screen as a red ADR tag; hover over it and you are reminded that the job needs an ADR vehicle and a driver with an SRC5 certificate. That way dangerous goods information does not stay buried in a corner of the email.

The job does not slip by in the order table either: when a job's note mentions ADR or SRC 5, these flags appear on its row and the row is set apart with an orange stripe. Whoever picks the truck sees at a glance which job needs special attention.

Price: full-truckload tonnage and the ADR multiplier

Tanker work is priced as a full load: on the costing screen you pick the tonnage from ready options or type it in yourself. Seferi adds up the truck's cost items (fuel, tolls, driver, depreciation, maintenance) and applies your margin to produce the sale price. Once you approve, the quote message for the customer is drafted as well.

If the load is marked ADR, the freight is calculated with the ADR multiplier you have set in the pricing rules; the default is 1.4. The calculation summary shows an "ADR ×1.4 applied" line next to the freight without the multiplier, so you can also explain to the customer where the difference comes from.

Choosing a tanker: capacity, distance, confidence

When you assign a plate, Seferi suggests suitable vehicles under Suggested vehicles. Each suggestion comes with a score, two short reasons and the vehicle's status: how many kilograms of free space it has left, how many kilometres it is from the loading point and how confident the suggestion is, shown as kg free · km away · confidence %. A vehicle whose capacity is not enough alongside its current jobs, or that is not available on the loading date, does not make the list at all.

The final decision belongs to the planner. Because the ADR and SRC 5 flags sit on the row, the person choosing the vehicle decides knowing that the job involves dangerous goods; the chosen plate is written to the job and the task goes straight to the driver's app.

Drivers: filling and discharge points

Drivers see their job in the Seferi mobile app. In liquid transport the stops appear as Filling Point and Discharge Point; the driver reports the status in the app on the way to the loading point, while loading, on the way to the discharge point, on reaching the delivery point and while unloading. You see each of these steps on the planning screen at once.

At loading, at unloading and when the job is completed, documents are added in the app with a photo and attached to the job. You decide the names of the stages, and which document is requested at which stage, to suit the way your company works.

One table, the management report and accounting

At most companies tanker operations are tracked across several Excel files. Seferi brings them all into one table; you type into cells, filter, sort and select in bulk just as before. For a company that carries liquids, loads are shown in tonnes, and the dimension and loading metre columns take up no space.

The management report shows the whole month on one screen: revenue, cost and profit, with loss-making jobs and jobs with missing data in a separate list. When a job is finished, the invoicing data is passed to Logo or Siber without being retyped; the invoice itself comes from your accounting software. The U-ETDS notification is made from the trip record in Seferi.

How does Seferi recognise an ADR job?

If the email mentions ADR, IMO-class goods, a UN number or "dangerous goods", the job is marked as ADR. The flag shows on the email screen as a red ADR tag, and the ADR multiplier is applied in the quote.

Can I change the ADR multiplier?

Yes. You set the ADR (dangerous goods) multiplier yourself in the pricing rules under Settings; the default is 1.4.
