Does Seferi have a free tier?

There is no perpetual free tier, and no restricted or ad-supported edition either. But the first 14 days are free and no credit card is required to sign up. The Excel templates and calculators on this page are free for good — they download without sign-up.

Is there a trial, and is a card required?

Yes, 14 days. No card details are taken at sign-up; a card is only requested at the end, if you decide to carry on. Every module is open during the trial — it is not a restricted edition.

Do I need to sign up to download the Excel templates?

No. We do not ask for an email and there is no form. The file downloads as soon as you click, and no cell carries a pre-filled amount.

Can I use Excel instead of free freight software?

Yes. Excel templates can track trips, income and expenses, dispatch plans and driver hours. You update the information manually. When drivers, operations and accounting need a shared view of a job, consider a freight management application.

Do I need to download freight tracking software?

Download the Excel templates as .xlsx files and open them in Excel, LibreOffice Calc or Google Sheets. The freight and loading metre calculators and Seferi's web interface run in your browser, with no separate desktop installation.

What do I pay after the trial?

One of three bands, by vehicle count: 1–10 vehicles 2,990 TL/month, 11–30 vehicles 4,990 TL/month, 31–50 vehicles 8,990 TL/month (excl. VAT). The amount is fixed within a band and every band has the same modules. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free; there is no setup fee. Fleets of 51+ vehicles and organisers with no vehicles of their own get a separate quote.
